Visit : 3 nights (Jan 10 - 13 / 2025) My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel (formerly the Acacia HOSTEL, but renovated one year ago). The prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly and obliging, with a special mention for Claudia who was the receptionist when we arrived and also when we left! The Acacia is in a charming area, a few minutes walk from South Kensington underground station, Hyde Park, the Victoria and Albert museum (free entrance) etc., and there are also many restaurants/cafés to choose from. The only possible drawback (for people with mobility problems) is that there is no lift.

Stayed for one night as we were going to the Royal Albert Hall for a gig. Good prompt reception, clean rooms, decent breakfast. Great location if you're visiting and sightseeing. (short walk from the tube). Would definitely use again. Only four stars for the room cos it was up 4 flights of stairs.
Perfect Acacia Hotel.. We will definitely come again .. we have been to other hotel but it wasn't good. Shower is superb Shops & restaurants are so near here.. The royal marsden hospital is only 7 mins walk .. We are not going to other hotel because we have been there.. Finally ... this one is the best

Fantastic place to stay. Exceeded my expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was warm, spacious & clean. Location for the Royal Albert Hall & Nat Hist Musuem brilliant. We found a gem and would return absolutely.
This hotel is in a very good zone, near NHM and Science Museum, a few meters from the metro station and bus station. The owner is very kind and the environment is extremely quiet and peaceful. The triple room was huge and warm, with a new bathroom and very clean. Beds were amazingly comfortable and there are also usb ports on the sides, a great confort especially for tourists coming from Italy. Room wasn’t new but was so comfortable and accessible to us. Breakfast is included and it’s very good. A great choice for your holiday.
Small single bed. Room narrow and small. No lift so 4 floors to climbs. Bathroom was down the hall and you get a key for your room door. All strange. For 100. Not bad.
Excellent price/quality ratio. Good hotel with all the basics, clean, staff is friendly. Perfect location, especially if you are going to the museums, and South Kensington is a beautiful neighborhood.
Great place! Rooms were spacious and staff were great! Shower was handheld and tea cups were rather small but that's being picky! Overall really enjoyed our stay! Also very very close to the NHM which was brilliant!
